What is your Return Policy?

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@luxhomecasa.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

The Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX10, 4-Channel Performance DJ Controller for Rekordbox or Serato DJ Pro. The DDJ-FLX10 introduces several new features compared to its predecessor, the DDJ-1000SRT, such as advanced track separation capabilities, an enhanced On Jog Display for more detailed track information, Mix Point Link for better transition management, DMX output for lighting control, an upgraded MAGVEL FADER with improved precision, compatibility with both rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro, a vibrant multicolored jog wheel ring, and a USB Type-C connection for more efficient connectivity

Expanded on Jog Display

Customize the information you see on the jogs so there’s no need to take your eyes off the decks. Choose from 4 modes, some of which show 3 Band Waveforms (Rekordbox only), and keep an eye on Mix Point Link and Rekordbox vocal position analysis information, as well as Performance Pad status.

New Mix Point Link for Seamless Transitions

Take advantage of a completely new playback concept in Rekordbox that enables you to create slick musical progression in your sets by linking mix points in tracks so the next song kicks in at the perfect moment. You might set the next track to start from the beginning of its melody when the vocal of the current song ends, ensuring a seamless transition without a sound clash. There’s no need to count down or press play manually, which also leaves your hands free to create mash-ups or add effects.

Multicolored Jog Ring

You can use the first-ever multicolored jog ring on a Pioneer DJ controller to indicate the different parts of the track that are playing when you’re using the Track Separation features, or you can customize the colors to your preferred look.
