What if my order arrives damaged?

We recommend checking your package as soon as it’s delivered. If you notice any signs of damage—including dents or tears on the box—please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package right away but suspect damage, write “possible damage” on the receipt.

Should your item arrive damaged, simply send clear photos to support@luxhomecasa.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund within one business day.
