How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. In many cases, items leave the warehouse the same day your order is placed. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, though occasional delays may occur. If shipping will take longer than usual, we’ll make sure it’s clearly noted on the product page. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the item has shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@luxhomecasa.com. Once an order has shipped, it will fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We encourage customers to carefully inspect their package upon delivery. If you see any damage—even to the outer box—please note it when signing for the item. If you cannot open the package immediately but suspect damage, mark the delivery receipt as “possible damage.” Should your order arrive damaged, email photos to support@luxhomecasa.com, and our team will arrange a replacement or issue compensation.

How do I place an order?
Ordering online is easy:

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. We’ll then begin processing your order. To place orders by phone, call us at 365-362-5202. You will receive an immediate order confirmation and we will start to process your order right away.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your billing and shipping details. As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, we’ll send you another email with your tracking number. If an item becomes unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll notify you within one business day by email or phone.

Will I get an order confirmation by email?
Yes, every order generates a confirmation email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout so you receive it. We recommend saving or printing this confirmation for your records.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipping within Illinois. Customers outside of Illinois are not charged sales tax when shopping with us.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at support@luxhomecasa.com and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.
